CBR Products supplies professional-grade wood stains, finishes, and coatings. The following disclaimer applies to all products purchased from CBR Products.

Application Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the applicator to ensure that surfaces are properly prepared, conditions are appropriate, and that all product instructions are followed as outlined on the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). CBR Products does not accept liability for results arising from improper application, inadequate surface preparation, or use in conditions outside the product specifications.

Colour Accuracy

Colour swatches, samples, and digital representations are approximations only. Actual colour results may vary depending on wood species, grain, surface porosity, application method, and number of coats. We strongly recommend ordering sample quantities before proceeding with large projects. Free Broda® samples are available upon request.

VOC & Regulatory Compliance

Some products contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations, including occupational health and safety requirements. SDS documents are available on our website and upon request.

Limitation of Liability

CBR Products’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to labour costs, project delays, or property damage.
