Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and credit approval. CBR Products reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; orders are confirmed upon shipment or pickup.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
B2B Accounts — Discounts & Credit Terms
- Trade discounts are applied automatically to registered B2B accounts.
- Net 30 payment terms are available to approved accounts only.
- Overdue accounts may result in suspension of credit terms and online ordering privileges.
- PST exemptions are applied only to accounts with a valid exemption number on file.
Product Use & Liability
All products are sold for professional or intended consumer use only. CBR Products is not liable for damages arising from misapplication, improper surface preparation, or use inconsistent with product specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all applicable SDS documents before use.

Pricing Disclaimer
In the event of any discrepancy between pricing displayed on our online platform and pricing reflected in our accounting system, the accounting system pricing shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative rate.
