Shipping, taxes and fees
How your order gets to you, what it costs, and the taxes and eco fees that apply. Everything on this page is calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises after you order.
CBR Products ships across Canada and into the United States. Shipping options are selected at checkout.

Pickup is at shipping and receiving, at the back of the building. Wait for your notification email before you come, so we can confirm the order is ready.
Processing and lead times
- Orders placed before 2:00pm PST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Custom tint orders may need additional lead time.
- Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination. CBR Products is not responsible for carrier delays.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at broda@cbrproducts.com. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. For a lost shipment, the carrier’s standard investigation period applies before it can be settled.
Dangerous goods
Certain products, including stains, finishes and coatings, are classified as dangerous goods for shipping. These ship by ground transport only and cannot go by air. International shipments are subject to additional customs and compliance requirements.
GST and PST
- GST at 5 percent applies to all Canadian orders.
- PST is applied based on the province of the shipping address, in accordance with provincial tax law.
- PST exemptions are applied automatically for customers with a valid exemption certificate on file with us.

ECO fees
Applicable environmental handling fees are added at checkout in accordance with provincial recycling and stewardship programs. These fees are tracked for regulatory reporting and are not adjustable by CBR Products.
Ordering from the United States
US customers are charged in Canadian dollars. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider. US orders may be subject to customs duties and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
