Processing & Lead Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed same day.
- Custom tint orders may require additional lead time.
- Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination; CBR Products is not responsible for carrier delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alisha@cbrproducts.com. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. For lost shipments, please allow the carrier’s standard investigation period.
Hazardous Materials
Certain products (stains, finishes, coatings) are classified as hazardous goods for shipping purposes. These items may only be shipped via ground transport and cannot be shipped by air. International shipments are subject to additional customs and compliance requirements.
