Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (tinted, custom-mixed, or specialty coatings), all sales are considered final unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Eligibility for Return

• Unopened, standard (non-tinted) products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
• Custom-tinted or mixed products are non-returnable.
• Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return.
• Returns require prior authorization — please contact us before sending anything back.

Defective Products

If a product is defective or was shipped in error, we will arrange for replacement or credit at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Account credit may be applied to in-house/trade accounts.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
